We have a blocked toilet and need a plumber to come out. Monday 1 December preferred. Should be a quick fix.

This toilet is getting clogged again and again. for the first few times we thought our kids are using way too much toilet paper. but this is getting clogged too frequently. so need to have some one to come and fix what the problem is.

Need hot water system checked as it’s not generating as hot as it’s supposed to.

The gas flame is keep stays on all the time, so the water in side the tank get to super hot temperature. I believe Due to this hot water pours out of valve outlet after a while. The valve was recently changed.

Toilet roll holder keeps coming off wall. Screw holes too big. Need anchor in wall and may require plaster, No painting req'd. Replacement garage door needs to be fitted (not painted) as well as bought canopy. Also, garden tap needs to be anchored to wall.

Showers are getting lukewarm but kitchen tap gets very hot water, most likely tempering valve needs to be replaced but you can check and solve the issue.
