We need a licensed plumber to connect a water supply. Has been previously connected so infrastructure is there. Just need a faucet and sink hooked up for the kitchenette.

A tap in our bathroom won't stop running, we've tried to fix it ourselves but we think a plumber is necessary at this point. It's an older house with old plumbing. Single-story house in Randwick.

Inlet valve connection that connects washing machine to tap is leaking. Need someone to replace valve at the end of the hose. Simpson branded washing machine. See photos attached.

I need help removing two old, rusted wing nuts that are holding my toilet seat in place. I’ve already tried INOX MX3 lubricant, but they won’t budge. Please refer to the attached pictures. Once the nuts are removed and the toilet seat comes off, I can install the bidet myself — no need to help with that part. I live in a rental, so please be careful not to damage the toilet itself. Also I do not want to replace the toilet seat — I just want to reuse it. In case cutting the nuts is necessary, please make sure the seat can still be used, and install replacement nuts to secure it again.
