I smashed the lid on my toilet cistern. It’s from the 70s and can’t find a replacement on line. Can you fix?

Plumber required to remove old tap and install new tap to kitchen vanity. I have the new tap.

Install 750 vanity (top mount basin), install and connect 460 vanity (integrated sink) and 300 laundry tub. All freestanding with floor waste. No plumbing to be moved.

Currently vanity is 600mm with a dual tap. Needs to be removed. Pipes then need to be converted to be suitable for a mixer tap. Then need to install a 750mm vanity with the new mixer tap.

Every 5-20 minutes, water runs through the pipe to refill the toilets for approximately 3-5 seconds. The pipe then rattles for about one second underneath the floor of the adjoining bedroom. If you stand on the wooden floor in the bedroom near the window, you can feel it vibrate when it runs. Interestingly, you can’t really hear the water running when in the bathroom, however the pipe from the toilet leads outside and then down underneath the floor under the bedroom, which is the main problem. It is most noticeable at night when it is quiet. In addition, in the back second bathroom, the toilet system is running into the toilet bowl.

Replace and existing blanco bt637p pull out sink mixer with an identical new one

Need someone to replace an old shower head and install new shower head. Edit - I’ve added images of the current shower head that needs to be removed along with the new shower head to be installed

The cold tap in the shower has come loose and won’t screw back to normal.

- Change shower head - Will need to check the current shower head and then supply the appropriate replacement. - Hang 4-5 picture frames. Will need to drill a nail/hook into wall. - Install bracket to hang dryer in laundry.

We have a small water tank buried in our front yard to collect the water from the roof. We then have this connected to our back garden using a Veda Rain2Main pump which I think switches the water from the tank to the main water supply if the tank is empty. The problem is that the water pressure in the back garden is low and is t enough to power the sprinkler system in the back garden. So the lawn watering spike doesn’t rise with the pressure of the water.
