We’re completing a small office fit-out and require a licensed plumber for the following scope: - Mark out and cut slab where needed to create new sanitary and drainage points. - Run new sewer lines from existing main to suit bathroom and kitchen layouts. - Alter and install new hot and cold water lines for bathrooms and kitchen. - Connect new hot water system (HWS) for bathroom and kitchen. - Provide water line for fridge in kitchen. - Final fit-off of all fixtures once tiling and cabinetry are complete. - Test all works during rough-in and fit-off. Materials & Fixtures Client will supply all PC items (vanities, sinks, tapware, toilets, HWS, bottle traps, rails, etc.). Contractor to supply all pipework, fittings and consumables required for rough-in and fit-off. Notes & Requirements - Licensed plumber only - Certificate of Compliance must be issued on completion. - Existing sewer, hot and cold water are already connected to the building. Works involve altering and extending pipework to suit new bathroom layouts (including new accessible toilet) and kitchen. I need help removing two old, rusted wing nuts that are holding my toilet seat in place. I’ve already tried INOX MX3 lubricant, but they won’t budge. Please refer to the attached pictures. Once the nuts are removed and the toilet seat comes off, I can install the bidet myself — no need to help with that part. I live in a rental, so please be careful not to damage the toilet itself. Also I do not want to replace the toilet seat — I just want to reuse it. In case cutting the nuts is necessary, please make sure the seat can still be used, and install replacement nuts to secure it again. My cleaner has somehow rotated the piston in my sink, I’ve tried WD40 to loosen it but no luck.
