Description: I need a VBA Licensed Plumber to remove a toilet and professionally seal the connection points in a newly built townhouse. Scope of Work: Toilet Removal: Safely remove one standard toilet suite (floor mounted). Sewer Pipe Sealing: Professionally cap the 100mm pan collar. This must be a gastight and watertight seal to prevent sewer gas backflow (using a mechanical expansion plug or glued PVC stop end). Water Line: Cap the mini-cistern tap on the wall to ensure it is 100% leak-proof. Standards: All work must comply with AS/NZS 3500:2025. Disposal: [Option A: Please include the cost to take the toilet away / Option B: I will dispose of the toilet myself]. Requirements: Must be VBA Licensed (not just a handyman). I have two showers with a head. However, I want them replaced and change to a shower head that also includes a hose. This will help with cleaning the screens after the shower. I already have purchased the shower heads so will just need them replaced and change to the new.

Plumber needed to fix shower head and handle. The shower head has come off the wall and the cold water handle is loose.

I've just bought a new house and need someone for the following: - Unblock the kitchen sink - Seal/repair cracked shower tiles (see photo) - Work out why there's no hot water If the hot water problem can be fixed on the day I'm happy to discuss cost or arrange for a follow up call out.

Replace current kitchen tap mixer with a standard tap(supply and install). No need a fancy $500 tap. The current one has been tighten up twice and still loose like this which is so annoying. Need tax invoice before release the fee.

Fix leaking shower head causes by cold water tap washer

Plumber needed. Shower drain not clearing water when showering. When using bath tub, water seems to come back up the shower drain so it seems connected and blocked between. All other drains in the bathroom are working well aside from the shower / bath tub . Which I believe are inter connected including the sink in the bathroom . We have tried draino, checked for possible hairs as well . All possible options that we can do on our end has been done Just last night when i was taking a bath at the tub . I didn't realize that all the water went all back up to the shower drainage and flooded

New top loader washer came in and need it hooked up
