Price is just a placeholder, I'm looking for quotes. Unit below me claims there is a leak on their roof. They have sent their plumber to inspect our unit but they have been unable to locate the leak. They have suggested it could be behind the toilet, and are requesting us to remove the toilet to inspect. I'm looking for a quote for removing the toilet and inspecting the plumbing behind it to look for potential leaks. Once it's removed, I will let the other plumbers come back again to inspect, but I will also need to reinstall the toilet again at a later date. Ideally, I'd like a quote for both jobs. Thanks!

I have a blocked toilet. I've tried both a small and large plunger and an auger I bought from Bunnings today. I've gotten a lot of excess toilet paper out from this but the blockage is still there.

I need some help replacing a leaking tap in my bathroom sink. I’ve already bought a new tap—just looking for a professional to install it.

First time in 4 yrs since I bought it brand new : clothes were still wet and sand like stuff after wash. Drum looked not in flush with seals, it looked a bit dropped lower. Drum is not rotating easily when I spin it by hand. Sand like fine powdery stuff on all seals near the drum. Belt looked tight and fine. I opened the front valve at the bottom just a bit of water came out. I checked the waste water pipe no blockages. I use it 2 to 3 times a month and I am 1 person only. Never had any issues ever before. Just wondering whether anyone who is an expert in this area can fix it for me. If it’s too expensive I wouldn’t bother. Kindly let me know.
