The kitchen sink is draining very slowly. I’ve tried boiling water and the plunger, and I’ve also checked the P-trap and believe the blockage is further down.

I have a blocked toilet 🚽. Have tried using: white king bleach, a plunger and a drain clean treatment and no luck so far.

Toilet is installed but there’s a dripping sound inside the system itself, it’s not leaking, just need someone to un install, fix dripping sound and re install. Send quotes pls

Need quote for bathroom. Remove bathtub and shower. Install bathtub with over bath shower and glass panel where the shower is The taps in the shower can probably stay where they are. The new drain will be repositiined. I will need the bath taps repositioned for over the bath. Will need a larger vanity accross the wall where the current vanity is. The job will need to be done in conjunction with a tiler alternating as necessary. I need a sensible quote not an outrageous one. I will probive the bath, screen and vanity and taps.

How much would you charge for changing washers in 2 bathroom taps (4) and adjusting 2 spouts?

I have a tap that's running and washer needs replacing. I also have a small hole in a wall that needs filling. It's the size of a round doorknob.

I need a plumber to come and inspect and potentially reinstall a toilet. There’s been a strange musty smell in a recently renovated bathroom, which I suspect has something to do with the toilet not being installed correctly, or something to do with the breather. It’s been there since install. No visible leaks, mould or anything like that, but there’s a definite smell that isn’t present in any other room in the house. Whilst here, I’d also like some help with caulking the existing shower in the same bathroom (shower base to tile caulking) to ensure no water can get behind the tiles.

Currently, there’s no dishwasher, new one to be installed, right near sink so drainage pipe is sorted but cold water pipe needs to be assessed , electric point available close by

1. Replace outside tank pipe and connectors, measure up pipe, get replacement parts, set it up, etc 2. Relocate tap - please see pic - basically, move it to the left of the wall 3. Replace dishwasher, essentially remove old dishwasher, put new one in, hook it all up, then help me carry old one outside.

The The metal plug/strainer assembly (the part that sits in the sink hole and acts as both a filter and a push-down stopper) has detached from the drain pipe beneath the sink. It appears the issue is a missing nut or fastener. I can see the thread/bolt from the plug assembly hanging down below the sink, and I can see the pipe with the corresponding hole, but the piece that secures them together is gone. How to Fix It (As I See It) This should be a straightforward job for someone with basic tools and confidence: Obtain a suitable nut/fastener to fit the existing bolt/thread. Unscrew/detach the immediate section of the drain pipe below the sink Properly seat and secure the metal plug assembly onto the sink hole from above. Fasten it securely to the pipe thread from below using the new nut. Reattach the rest of the drain pipe and ensure everything is tight and sealed (a quick water test would be ideal). I believe this is a simple handyman or maintenance fix and does not require a licensed plumber. I just want someone confident to do the job properly so I don't have leaks.

Toilet flushes fine but accumulates water. The drainage is very slow and seems like there's a partial blockage down the line

The diverter tap kept draining out water despite both cold and hot water knobs were closed to running water. Check the image.

Where my washing machine connects to the sink it is slowly leaking. My landlord said it would be fixed if I put an elastic band around it but it’s not working. If you think this is a simple fix and can fix this for me I’d appreciate it.

Replace two taps in the kitchen with two pull-out taps. Images attached for reference. Must be licensed plumber.
