Hot water tap on kitchen sink is leaking, I think the whole inside needs to be replaced (cartridge, O ring, washer) & cold water tap handle in the laundry needs to be installed properly. It sits wonky. The taps needs to be the same, so I happy to purchase them beforehand if needed unless you can supply similar looking ones.

Hi, I need someone experienced with progressive mixer taps to check my wall-mounted bathroom basin tap. The issue is that when I turn the mixer towards hot water, the water flow becomes very strong and the temperature gets very hot quickly. It is difficult to control the hot water safely and accurately, and the basin fills up very fast during normal use. I am renting, so I am looking for someone who can check if there is a practical solution without replacing the whole tap/mixer, if possible. Please let me know if you have experience with this type of progressive mixer and if you can help diagnose or adjust the issue.

Replace an existing gas hot water system that is 85 L in size with a 135 L unit. In the same location the house is a two bedroom unit on the ground floor. Easy access to the unit.

I need a plumber to come and inspect and potentially reinstall a toilet. There’s been a strange musty smell in a recently renovated bathroom, which I suspect has something to do with the toilet not being installed correctly, or something to do with the breather. It’s been there since install. No visible leaks, mould or anything like that, but there’s a definite smell that isn’t present in any other room in the house. Whilst here, I’d also like some help with caulking the existing shower in the same bathroom (shower base to tile caulking) to ensure no water can get behind the tiles.

Repair leaking hot water system. I need someone who can please help to isolate the unit. The inlet valve appears to be not working correctly. We can then assess the next step around repair or replacement

Hot water pressure at my property is weak throughout all hot taps when we turn the hot tap on , the pressure is okay for a second but then it drops down. The heater is fairly new Date of manufacture is 2021. To me it seems like scalp buildup or ionisation ,but need an expert to look at it. Please provide quotes if you’re interested in the job. Install kitchen mixer tap on steel sink . Water point available just below the kitchen sink from previous garden tap . Have the new mixer tap with me.
