I’ve removed the old one, but I don’t have the tools to remove the pipe/ring that the old faucet has - it seems to be screwed in very tight. - I don’t need the new faucet installed im pretty comfortable doing it myself :), just need this pipe thingy removed

I'm looking for an experienced plumber/handyman to complete a few maintenance jobs in my home in Inner Melbourne. 1. Diagnose and repair leaking shower The shower has a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. Current issue: Water slowly drips from the shower head when turned off. Occasionally there is also a small leak from the shower mixer handle/tap. I'm unsure whether the repair requires: Replacing seals or O-rings Replacing the ceramic cartridge inside the mixer Another repair Please diagnose the issue and carry out the repair. If replacement parts are required, I'm happy to reimburse the cost with prior approval. 2. Replace two concealed cabinet hinges Replace 2 concealed European-style cabinet hinges for inset doors. Locations: Kitchen pantry cabinet (1 hinge) Bathroom mirror cabinet (1 hinge) The existing hinges are damaged and no longer hold the doors correctly. Photos of the existing hinges are attached. Please supply matching replacement hinges if possible, or let me know the exact hinge required before purchasing. Cost of replacement hinges will be reimbursed separately. Plumber to change or inspect hot water tempering valve in apartment. My showers/bathroom hot water takes a long time to heat up after being turned off and on again. Sometimes it never heats up after turning it off and on! I'm not sure if that valve is really the issue. There's also always a loud clonk sound turning on and off water at home. Please advise your price and I don't have any materials, so if tempering valve is needed to be changed do you carry a stash or?

The button to flush the toilet doesn't seem to screw on properly? Not sure if im doing something wrong or it needs to be replaced? Pushing the white lever will work.

We would like to replace the tap for the kitchen sink as the existing one is spraying. The hot water connection to the tap also appears to have a small leak which we presume would be repaired when a new tap is installed.

Water leaks from shower head every 4 second 24/7. Definitely taps need to be replaced due to older styles Hopefully none of the bathroom tiles need to be removed

Waters are leaking from shower head . It drips evry 4 seconds 24 hours seven days a week. May be older styles needs something replaced in taps. 100 % is tap issue. Hoping taps not needed to be replaced because i dont want any damage of the tiles.
