Under the kitchen sink two pipes of hot and cold water is attached to the tap mixer. That is where the leak is happening.

I would like to change my laundry tap into a mixer tap with pull out spout. I have bought the new tap from IKEA (product screenshot provided). The shelf in the cabinet underneath laundry sink needs to be removed before changing the tap. However, I believe the pipe needs to be unscrewed to be able to remove the board. Council wanted a new stormwater inlet connection into the existing concrete pit. Core hole (marked in black) being drilled Monday (not required by you). Connect 100mm stormwater pipe to pit and mortar finish, finished flush with internal pit wall. 1/100 fall inlet. Cut and glue other pieces together to create an I/O and cap for future connection. Pipe supplied. Must be licensed plumber and provide a VBA certificate on completion.
