I have two showers with a head. However, I want them replaced and change to a shower head that also includes a hose. This will help with cleaning the screens after the shower. I already have purchased the shower heads so will just need them replaced and change to the new.

Replace current kitchen tap mixer with a standard tap(supply and install). No need a fancy $500 tap. The current one has been tighten up twice and still loose like this which is so annoying. Need tax invoice before release the fee.

Plumber needed. Shower drain not clearing water when showering. When using bath tub, water seems to come back up the shower drain so it seems connected and blocked between. All other drains in the bathroom are working well aside from the shower / bath tub . Which I believe are inter connected including the sink in the bathroom . We have tried draino, checked for possible hairs as well . All possible options that we can do on our end has been done Just last night when i was taking a bath at the tub . I didn't realize that all the water went all back up to the shower drainage and flooded
