I have purchased a new kitchen tap. Went to replace it but it looks like I’ll need a thread reducer from the tap connection to the new tap fitting. Need you to replace the tap and supply the required fitting. Please quote WITHOUT the new reducer fitting cost, as I will reimburse directly in person (I believe they are about $6, but not sure which size). It is a mixer tap. Photos will be provided

HI guys , we have some water and dampness under the house , all the storm water pipes are under the house. In the beginning we thought it may be due to rain water tank that's why I posted a request for decommissioning of rainwater tank and pump. we don't know if the water under the house is because of leak in storm water pipes or because of rain water tank or because of seepage water. I need some one to have a look under the house and give a quote to fix the problem . There are leaks in bath rooms as well. I need a quote to renovate the bathrooms as well.

Toilet cannot flush. Can you please help?

I am living in a rental property, I am looking for assistance to replace the overhead shower by a handheld shower, which can be reverted back easily myself when I move out. Please refer to the photos for my original shower, and the new shower set up I want to have.
