Need a qualified plumber to complete the below work: previous plumber has hurt himself and can’t do the job. Plumber will be used for future works aswell as I’ll need extra plumbing done in the coming weeks. Collect all materials and travel to site Isolating all services Cutting hole in plaster wall to access services Installing 1x waste line into existing drainage inside cavity Installing hot and cold water lines with isolation valves inside wall for water connection hoses Assembly of hoses and drain parts Connecting to new points Test and commission Clean up Submit form 4 to qbcc

Fix / replace bathroom Tap

Disconnect undersink water filter and sink tap. Install new sink tap - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 29 July 2023

Attach new PVC piping to existing PVC outlet pipe (approx. 30mm) to take water to ground level. See photos. Will require a few metres of PVC pipe and some elbows. The pipe needs to be attached to the wall and lead down to the bottom of the stairs (where the water currently drips anyway) but at least it will keep the stairs drier and avoid further damage to the edging of the grout where it joins the wall. We will look at installing a drain at a later date, but that's not your concern at this stage. This job does not require plumbing skills. Measure, cut some pipe, put in some bends and divert it.
