I have a dripping shower rose in the shower and a plug which I can not remove lodged in the bath waste which needs fixing. - Due date: Flexible

Toilet seat is loose. Bought set of screws designed to fix problem and need them installed. Or don’t mind if current screws are fixed. Toilet seat currently moves around.

Toilet tank isn’t filling up with water - need this fixed

Toilet flush buttons are very flimsy. Lifted the lid to see if I could find the problem and the sticks are very loose and disjointed. Lost one of the sticks as well :( also whenever I flush, water continues to run as if it is continuing to flush but doesn’t have enough water to do it. It takes forever for it to stop by itself and eventually the flush stops and the water replenishes. Please help! - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 16 December 2023

Unblock toilet. Work already done: Used a plunger to attempt to clear the blockage, unable to clear the toilet with plunger. Used a CCTV drain camera to inspect the piping, found 150mm terracotta main line all clear with no blockage. Tested other fixtures and junctions, only the toilet line is blocked. Work to be done: Need to excavate down onto the junction to remove the cement inspection opening for access, once the pipe is accessible use high pressure water jetting and other appropriate equipment to clear the blockage and test for correct operation/flow. Restore the inspection opening with lead and cement. Fill up hole with original soil. - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 December 2023

Toilet in our unit got blocked. The water goes through eventually but very slowly. We heard bubbling noise the night before, and a bit of leakage from a pipe outside of our unit. This morning the toilet stopped letting the water down properly, started to leak on the ground in the bathroom and on the outside of the building from a pipe. - Due date: Flexible

Toilet keeps filling up and flooding out the side. The button sticks, but sometimes even when the button has popped up properly the water still flows. I can't get the lid off the toilet.

Toilet bowl is empty, however, whenever it is flushed the paper will still not go down and the water will rise to half way before it slowly drains itself
