I need help changing the taps in the spare toilet sink. It’s quite old, making it tight and hard to come off.

The outdoor brass female water outlet on my brick wall has cracked and needs replacement. • The connection is coming directly from the copper pipe inside the wall. • The cracked outlet is threaded (used to connect a garden tap). • Water supply can be turned off if needed. I need a qualified plumber (or experienced handyman with plumbing tools) to: 1. Remove the damaged brass fitting, 2. Replace it with a new brass wall outlet (½” BSP female or similar), 3. Reseat and seal around the brick wall opening, 4. Test for leaks after installation.

Main Bathroom has broken taps and they are leaking.

Leak detection and repair. In the photos you can see water staining in ceiling, the ensuite shower is directly on top of that area.

We have an in-ground pool where the pipes used for draining the pool are broken, needing to be repaired so the backyard doesn't have water all over it. Pipes need to be dug up, and replaced.

I require 4 odd jobs to be fixed using your own tools. 1. Fix hand rail. my son swung on the rail causing the screws to bow. I believe the wall fixing is still there. Your own screws are required. 2. Remove exsisting toilet seat and install a new one. For some reason I am unable to remove the bottom fixing existing screws. (The new toilet seat and under fixing screws will be provided see picture attached) Please assist with securing the toilet flush button as it has become loose. 3. Install new toilet roll holder in plaster wall. The existing spot where the toilet holder was had been damaged so slight plastering and painting required. I’m providing the new toilet roll holder and screws, wall paint and multi purpose joint compound for plastering (unless you can provide another material more appropriate) 4. Install hand towel holder in plaster wall. I will be providing the towel roll holder and screws.
