We’ve recently completed a major renovation and although the home has been cleaned and we’ve already moved in, it has not had a proper builder’s clean. I’m looking for someone experienced in post-renovation cleaning to carry out a thorough final clean of the home. This includes removing all fine plaster dust residue from walls, floors and surfaces (as there is still a white residue transferring onto clothing), wiping down all walls, cleaning skirting boards, doors, handles and cabinetry inside and out, and deep cleaning all floors. All windows need to be properly cleaned including removing builder stickers, any adhesive residue, and carefully scraping off paint or plaster marks where required. Window frames, tracks and surrounding areas must be detailed and cleaned thoroughly, especially as new curtains will be installed on March 30, so this area needs to be completely dust-free and presentation-ready. Bathrooms and kitchen are to be fully detailed, and overall the home should be left spotless, polished, and free of any construction dust or residue. Attention to detail is extremely important as we want the home to feel immaculate and finished to a high standard.
