My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. My shower head keeps dripping even when both hot and cold taps are fully turned off. It’s a traditional shower with separate hot and cold twist taps (not a mixer). I think one of the internal washers or seals needs to be replaced. Looking for a licensed plumber to fix it and supply the replacement parts if needed.
