Hi we need a coffee machine technitian for our Slayer Steam X - water is leaking out of the machine and the steam wand is not working might be boiler fill solenoid as a guess

One of the rings which ensures the connector to waste pipe beneath my sink has broken. I have attended Reece and Bunnings but neither of them stock the same size pipe. The pipe is smaller than 32mm and smaller than the other standard size of 40mm. Unless you have the part (which would be smaller than 32mm), it may need an extension. Please only accept if you think you have the solution. Happy to pay for any parts. See photos for reference.

Tenanted property in South Coogee, tenants have been in touch today that the toilet has been draining slowly i.e. the bowl would fill up then drain slowly. No issues prior to today with the toilet, I have owned the property since 2019. It is a conventional toilet with accessible cistern, on ground floor of a single storey semi detached house.

Hi there, We currently have a few small plumbing issues. 1. Laundry tap is dripping 2. Kitchen tap sometimes leaks at the joint 3. Out bath taps are broken and we can’t turn it on or find taps that can be easily replaced. We tried a few taps from Bunnings and the thread wouldn’t latch so these may need to be looked at and replaced.
