Hi We have a Bosch continuous Hot Water system. The hot water lasts only for 2-3 min max . The heat setting is on Maximum. Need a Plumber to have a Look at the issue

Pipes have been getting blocked from tree roots. Would like someone to clear the current issue/blockage potentially need to diagnose how this is happening as it’s more than once in 4months now and what can be done to rectify it? So future work may include removing concrete to cut tree roots out ect. We are an air b n b co so looking for ongoing plumber too - thanks

Kitchen tap loose and leaking

I need the silicon sealing where my sink joins the bench top and behind the sink where the bench meets the wall stripped out, mould removed and replaced.

My fridge has a glitchy relay, I need the glitchy one removed from the pcb and a new one soldered on. Relay provided. Relay is a schrack rt33l012.

Bosch dishwasher diagnosis and repair. The upper rotating spray arm is not rotating and the detergent dispenser has powder remaining in it after wash. The upper rotation arm is getting water throughput however I suspect the pressure is not enough hence its not rotating an the detergent is being left in the dispenser.
