My outdoor water tap is constantly leaking I believe it needs either a washer replaced or the tap.

Hi there, We’re looking for a licensed plumber to carry out a small bundle of install works in an apartment in Balaclava. The apartment has easy access and the job is straightforward for an experienced plumber. Scope of works: - Replace existing kitchen sink mixer with a new mixer - Install a separate water filter tap (will require drilling a hole in the stone benchtop) - Install a Waterdrop water filtration system connected to the filter tap - Install an Insinkerator (there is a separate wall power point already in place) - Swap existing shower head fixture for a new one - Tidy up and seal the sink where it meets the benchtop (tightening gaps and/or applying appropriate silicone sealant as required) Notes: All fixtures, fittings, and appliances are already onsite.You’ll just need to bring your own tools (including stone drilling equipment). Apartment has good access and parking. I need help connecting a washing machine drain hose extension to the sink trap spigot under the sink. Details: • Washing machine already has the original drain hose installed • I have a hose extension, joiner kit, and hose clamps ready • Sink trap spigot outlet is already open and accessible • Just need everything properly connected and secured Job includes: • Join extension to existing washing machine drain hose using joiner kit • Attach hose to sink trap spigot outlet • Secure with provided hose clamps • Check connection and run a quick test for leaks/drainage

Unblock Shower drain, that is very slow draining and stops draining at a certain point. The sooner the job can be done the better!

I need the outlet hose from our dishwasher removed and cleared of any blockages. I have an Asco dishwasher showing error F11 which is blocked drainage and have cleared the dishwasher drainage itself but new the hose checked.

Broken iron sewer pipe under 1920's house. Causing sewage to seep into soil under house. Foul smell emanating through house. Need pipe repaired. Dont care about the method, just want the cheapest thing. Only has to last 1-2 years as the house will be sold and demolished thereafter. Hopefully you can fix the smell too. I have heard lime is useful for this purpose.
