shower drain is blocked. no barrel unions were installed on the u-bend so need to cut off existing pvc u-bend, unblock shower drain (think there is a toy in there), then re-instate u-bend to include barrel unions to make future blockages serviceable. Piping is 50mm PVC

Just need the flexible hose tightened under the sink for a tap mixer I installed. The hot and cold water running to the mixer are fine it's hose connecting them to the actual mixer that needs tightening. Can do it because it's a tight space and I only have large shifters that are too bulky.

Have spoken to 2 different plumbers this morning and both reckon it could be a faulty relay. I’ve replaced the thermostat a couple of times (brand new ones) and the hot water system is just not coming back on. Not convinced it's the element but have been told more likely an electrician issue.

This will then connect the strip drain to pipe that will run~1m down wall and then want to connect to pipe. 3) installing a further 5m underneath lawn to connect to a pit (existing stormwater location).
