Need a plumber to change toilet in 80's property. Need to inspect existing toilet to choose replacement, as pipes behind are permanent. Need then to source a basic new toilet and fit. Please quote to remove old toilet and take away, and fit new toilet. Cost of new toilet will be extra to that, when known.

Disconnect water to fridge - has a rap on the wall but I am unsure how to do it properly. It’s a GE two door fridge.

I have a leaking bath to the room directly below. It seems to occur when the bath is draining so could be related to the plug. It is only a slight leak so the damage is minimal. Looking for someone to come and determine the source of the leak and repair. There Manhole and access directly below the bath (where the water is leaking to). Only need the leak repaired not the roof.

Just moved in and need our fridge tap connected up. Also need the washing machine taps hooked up properly, water sprays out. Everything needed is there ready

Our water pressure in our kitchen tap has gone from good to bad and not fast enough to draw hot water. It wasn’t like this a few weeks ago.

Fix a toilet that keeps blocking

I have a split pipe in the irrigation in the front yard, abs I want some of the sprinkler heads adjusted where they are not making full coverage. No more than 2 hours of work I suspect.

Need handyman or plumber to change the shower tap. We have the replacement tap. Have tried to unscrew with Tap Tool but the tap is to tight. Need someone with a big set of multi grips of something to undo the tight tap. This should take no more than 30 minutes.

Install waterline for fridge. The sink is a few metres away (see pics). Hollow cavities under cabinetry to run the line.

I have a new puretec under sink cartridge to swap over in my kitchen - can’t for the life of me work out how to do it. 5min job for somebody who knows what they are doing.
