We have a slow block in our toilet which links to shower. It drains but very slow. Believe it needs an auger to clear it.

Hi. I’m looking for someone to help with a few small maintenance jobs (photos attached). • Screwing in a door handle that has come off • Screwing in a cupboard handle that has come off • Fixing a toilet seat that is loose/has come off • Fixing a shower head that is loose/has come off

Task: Fix a continuous low-volume leak running into my toilet bowl from an in-wall concealed cistern. The System: • Brand/Model: Viega Prevista 80mm Slim Concealed Cistern (with Bowden cable actuation). • Toilet Pan: Flaminia (back-to-wall/wall-hung). Current Status & Diagnosis: I have already diagnosed the issue and partially disassembled the toilet. The leak is caused by a degraded rubber flush valve seal (bottom washer), which has also left some black/brown sludge at the bottom of the tank. • I have removed the outer push-button faceplate and unclipped the green and grey Bowden cable blocks. • I have turned off the water supply at the internal brass isolation valve. • I have completely removed the internal fill valve and disconnected the braided flexi-hose. • Current state: The central flush valve (with the yellow base and dark grey top) is currently unseated but wedged diagonally inside the tank window. I cannot get the clearance to pull it completely out. What I need you to do: 1. Extract the wedged flush valve assembly through the access window (no tiles need to be removed). 2. Supply and fit a new Viega flush valve seal (typically part #786137 or 8310.20, but please confirm). Note: I will reimburse you for the cost of the seal separately upon presentation of a receipt. 3. Clean the black rubber sludge/debris from the plastic seating ring at the bottom of the tank to ensure the new seal sits perfectly flat. 4. Reassemble the flush valve, reinstall the fill valve, reconnect the braided hose, and reattach the Bowden cables, cover plates, and faceplate. 5. Turn the water on and test to ensure the leak has stopped. Requirements: Please only make an offer if you have experience working with slimline concealed cisterns (specifically Viega or Geberit), as the access window is very tight.

The hexagonal connector is burred and I am unable to take the tap out and replace the washer so I think I need a new garden tap it’s a 10 minute job

I’m just looking for a quote before booking in, these taps are worn out, there is no gradual increase or decrease in pressure for either temp, it’s either all hot or all cold depending which is turned on first, would prefer to replace with a mixer if not too expensive

My fridge can be connected to the water supply for filtered water and ice. Nearest water supply is 1.5m from fridge. Access ideally under floor boards. House is on stumps.
