Hi. I’m looking for someone to help with a few small maintenance jobs (photos attached). • Screwing in a door handle that has come off • Screwing in a cupboard handle that has come off • Fixing a toilet seat that is loose/has come off • Fixing a shower head that is loose/has come off

My fridge can be connected to the water supply for filtered water and ice. Nearest water supply is 1.5m from fridge. Access ideally under floor boards. House is on stumps.

Pilot light went out on Bosch hot water system with the wind last night. The buttons are stuck, including the off button . I have tried wd40 and that didn’t work. Needs someone to look behind the panel and fix it today It’s a Bosch 16P

Home handyman tried to replace an existing tempering valve and stuffed it up, bent water flow valve on hot water inlet pipe so now no hot water for shower :( Seeking services of qualified plumber to supply and fit new tempering valve (one suitable for instant hws), including replacement of connectors on end of pipes.
