Shower over bath drain gets clogged. Also toilet flusher gets stuck

I need a licensed plumber(also to assist with claiming stc and vees) to install a customer-supplied Stiebel Eltron WWK 302 H (302L) electric heat-pump hot water system. Current system is an outdoor gas hot water unit that needs to be removed. Location: Outdoor side yard (photos attached). The new unit cannot sit in the exact same position due to existing concrete. It will need to be relocated slightly forward and installed on concrete plinth or rated steel stand, with correct airflow clearances. Scope of work - Remove existing gas hot water system -Cap gas line and provide compliance certificate - Install Stiebel Eltron WWK 302 H - Supply & install new tempering valve and PTR valve - Connect drainage - Short pipe extensions only (no major re-runs) - Supply & install concrete plinth or rated steel stand if needed - Commission system and sign off for warranty Notes - Unit is already onsite - Outdoor, ground-level access - Looking for licensed plumber only - Experience with heat-pump HWS preferred Please provide itemised quote and availability Photos of existing setup attached. I need assistance to help unscrew the toilet sink faucet/tap aerator (standard universal size) as it was accidentally tightened too much and we forgot if it’s clockwise or anti-clockwise to unscrew it. We do not have the correct tools to fix it, and we are able to provide a whole new basin mixer tap if new installation is necessary on that day itself.

Request help installing washing machine, mainly the clean water pipe as the water outlet is in a tight space with the metal seal cap on, and the drainage pipe in the way, making it hard to get access and remove. See photos for reference.

The part of the hose that connects to the tap is stuck on and I can’t get it off. We have tried to saw through the side of it but it hasn’t helped

The job apparently involves accessing and resealing a slab penetration beneath the laundry trough and performing key remediation works, but would appreciate an assessment to identify the most minimally invasive solution. Scope of Work: - Disconnect the laundry trough waste pipe - Remove the base of the trough to access the concrete slab penetration - Apply waterproofing to all exposed openings under the trough and any areas where tiles may be missing. - Conduct a secondary flood test to confirm the waterproofing integrity - Remove hair and debris from the shower drain. - Reconnect and reinstate the laundry trough pipework to original condition.
