need an area of 1m x 50cm sanded primed and painted on the ceiling where there are a little red paint splatter marks. We just want to cover the patch and not repaint the whole room if we can blend it. We have primer and ceiling paint.

Completly remove built in wardrobe (sidewall, head wall right up to the ceiling + interior) and replaster where needed on wall and ceiling. Finish off so ready for painting by me afterwards (or you paint, put in quote). Should be fairly simple, i see most interior is wood shelves nailed in, but does require an experienced person. Needing a painter for our bedroom (and potentially a second one at a later date) Will need to have own rollers/drop cloths. I have approx 8 pieces of dark brown timber furniture items that I would like re-stained in a Matt black timber oil / varnish. The pieces are in fairly good condition but the need a light sand as they are a veneer not a solid timber. I have some timber wax to fill any little scratches or dents. They will need a light sand in between coats and approx 2 coats of the timber varnish to get the Matt black colour that I’d like to achieve. The items include Dining Table, Desk x 2, Console, Side Tables x 2 , Bookcase, TV Unit. The unit is being renovated and is empty except for these furniture items so you can work on them in the unit. I think it will take approx 2 days to complete this work and I’m flexible on hours - I just need them finished by Dec 15th please. - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023
