I need a bond clean for my small 1 bedroom studio type unit. It is in pretty good condition. Little hole in the wall that will need to be patched up but no other issues apart from that. Complex manager is looking at charging me $40 per hour for the clean so I thought I’d see what I would be able to get on here. I am looking for someone to complete internal painting for my two bedroom ground floor unit including all walls, doors, wardrobes internals and ceilings. The unit is vacant. All areas including walls, doors, trim and ceilings to be in Vivid White. Low sheen for walls and ceiling and semi gloss for the doors, architraves, door surrounds. There are stippled ceilings throughout that might require painting via spray gun. I’ll need you to supply all paint and materials required for the job.
