** Repair the Colorbond side gate latch: screws are loose and it’s not closing properly. ** Reattach the garage light to the ceiling: install new screws. Patch the hole if needs. ** Refit the smoke alarm cover: battery already replaced, but a ladder is required to reach the ceiling to cover up. ** Adjust toilet seat. It is a bit of unbalanced. Please, bring your own tools and a ladder for the job.
