Needing an electrician for Installing 3 ceiling fans instead of what's there

Window sliding sash window is missing. I am hoping to get a new sliding window made to install next to the fixed panel in the existing window space. The size is about 1380mm 585mm wide. The current window is in the old non-powder coated aluminium. There are actually two of these windows (same size) that need replacing. White powder coated aluminium would also be fine.

Install 4 x Venetian blinds, note two of the window surrounds are brick. Hammer drill or like required.
