I’m looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and diagnose four ceiling fans that have stopped working. The fans were installed around four years ago, but I no longer have the Certificate of Compliance. They have a 20-year motor warranty, but the manufacturer won’t assess them without a licensed electrician checking them and providing the relevant certificate. I’m hoping someone can inspect the fans, confirm whether the motors have failed or whether it’s another issue, and provide a Certificate of Compliance if the installations pass inspection or after any necessary repairs. Looking for an experienced handyman to install a curtain rod and two IKEA VIDGA curtain tracks in my home. You will need to bring your own tools, including a hacksaw/pipe cutter to trim the VIDGA tracks to size. The job includes: 1. Front Living Room: Install 1x standard curtain rod above the window. 2. Sliding Doors (x2): Install IKEA VIDGA curtain tracks above two separate sliding doors. Each sliding door opening requires a track length of about 240cm. Because VIDGA tracks come in standard 140cm pieces, you will need to cut and connect multiple pieces together using the IKEA joiners to achieve the 240cm length for each door. Its called the 1.5m x 1.5m Aviary Pet House by the company EasyShed. Received it and realised it is way above my limit. All the screws etc come with it. But you'd need 3 different sized drill bits, a pop rivet gun etc. Just needing someone to put it together properly. Must be someone with experience in this kind of stuff (garden sheds etc). I really don't know what to budget for an install like this so please don't be offended if its too low and just state your desired rate. Comes with a very clear instruction booklet.

Hello, I am looking for someone to install a garden shed on our concrete slab. The job will involve you bringing the flat pack from the garage to the concrete slab. Unboxing, putting shed together and installing the extra accessories. You will require your own tools but everything for the shed is provided. The shed is a 3m x 1.5 m Gable Roof garden shed. Extras are tool holder, corner flashing and concrete fixings. I’ve put $100 as I don’t know the going rate for this sort of job. Let me know price and experience.
