Find an experienced handyman in Munruben

Customer had a water leak after we were on the roof installing solar. There is a long fracture that just needs to be bogged and painted. There is also a water stained area which will need to be cut out and repaired and painted.

The granny flat verandah hand railing has wood rot and I’d like to replace it so it’s safe for when young family visit. I don’t want to spend a lot of money (family property so don’t want to invest lots into this when I don’t own it but do care about safety). I’m not in a rush to have this done because I’m hoping to find someone who can help me with fixing it up at a rate I can afford too. Or if there’s something I can do teach me and I can help. See the photos for more details, one side is fine so I’ve attached photos of the broken areas and where parts are fully missing too. I think the previous tenants kept the stair rail top piece (forgot to take a photo of that but will upload when I remember).
