Find an experienced handyman in Paddington

I need to take 20mm off the bottom of two internal solid wood doors. Bottom of doors will need to be cut, sanded, painted and rehung on hinges. I also need to drill in two ring security products onto walls. One will require a masonry attachment for a drill.

I need my shelves fixed to wall properly. I have tried myself to drill into the concrete with screws and backs but they are still loose. I’d like to add one more shelf to make it three. I also need to put up x2 curtain rails.

Quick job, secure baby safety gate to top of stairs. Have all materials except the power drill.

Requirement to hang artwork. We have 5 larger pieces approx 1000-1500 x 1000-1500m and 11 smaller pieces. To be installed on a combination of gyprock and solid brick depending on location. Would like someone who can advise on ideal hanging location.

Front door not locking properly (needs effort). A couple of other handles wobbly. Also have a bathroom door that is sticking at bottom (due a son leaking water from adjacent shower) and needs some filing /sanding down.
