Need 3 outdoor GPOs installed for motorised awnings. Single story roof. Has power in roof cavity. Need it done Saturday or Sunday only

Simple install of x4 interior roller blinds; 2 daytime and 2 blackout to windows in a townhouse. Also fit x1 Ikea curtain rod on a separate bedroom window. All fixtures will be here; we just need an experienced tradesperson who has experience of doing it right.

Bikes handlebars are bent and need to be replaced, the brakes are fine but will need to be re attached

Build one set of IKEA Kallax Shelves (2 x 4). Put up one picture (is heavy and needs picture hooks to be nailed / drilled into the wall). Fixing 4 door sweeps onto the bottom of 4 doors (need to be screwed in. All at our psychology clinic in Mentone outside of clients attending to minimise disruption to the clinic.

Split system air conditioning system appears to need checking as not functioning correctly.

Need to hang 1 x solid external door to replace back door and 1 x internal door to replace existing. both doors to be pre-primed so I can paint and add new deadlock and handles (I will supply). Door sizes: 2040 x 82 x 35. Doors might need to be trimmed to fit or adjusted. I haven’t sourced the doors so need you to source (any current stock at Bunnings or Bowens Hume Doors would suffice) and needs new hinges. Job can be done on weekends or any dates from 19th to 24th Dec as need it done before Xmas.

I have bought this mimosa Gazebo 3x3 aluminium and to put the roof over the posts it requires two person, I need some ones to assist with that. Max would take 2 hours.

Bathroom lock needs re-installing. I don’t want a new lock. Old one needs re-installing.

TDR e-bike conversion is showing on screen as e4 error. Have tried replacing the handlebar mounted cable, but didn’t fix it. I think there might be a connection issue at the source……I’m stuck!

Chimney has visible crack. Needs brickwork repaired. Gathering quotes now to choose the best way to work on this chimney.

Looking at getting quotes for electric blinds for outdoor area

Need 3 awnings installed 2x Retractable Awning 4 x 2.5m (roof install) 1xRetractable Awning 5x3m (brick wall install) Should be delivered in 3 weeks, so just after quotes for now

Install 8 door handles. Will need to file for strike plate and latch.

A small window needs some blinds for privacy. I don’t have the blinds - happy to take recommendations - preferably the same colour as the blinds in the photo

Need assistance installing polycarbonate sheeting for our deck. We need assistance in the Pick Up and delivery of the sheets as well - most likely from Bunnings in Mentone or a nearby store. Happy to take recommendations. The deck size is 250cm x 482cm and we want a little overhang. Will require water fall off. Gutter/down pipe if required. Large ladder is supplied as well if needed.

I've double gates - approx 3000mm x 1950mm high. - The frame is rusted in parts. - Hinges have given way, making the gate misaligned. - A few timber poles are jotting out. - Gate latch is broken and a new one needs to be installed. Requires some welding, some new timber installation. I've given an indicative budget here. Should you accept, happy for you to do a visit and adjust the price accordingly.
