House is going on the market in 10 days. I just need help to pressure clean, stain decks, hang towel rails, replace fly screens, oh I have to build a kaboodle pantry,,maybe some painting and yard work if you can do that too. Just general handyman stuff. $50 an hour?

Should take approx 2 hours. 1) replace 1 outdoor garden tap ( part supplied) 2) replace toilet shower head and shower tap ( hot and cold) - parts supplied 3) replace a toilet bidet spray - part supplied 4) replace a 180 by 210cm roller blind in kitchen - parts supplied 5) fix a 5kg photo frame on wall 6)realign a queen bed frame / tighten up the wooden frame Must have tools and have experience with plumbing works.

2x Pressure washers need REPAIRING - 1x leaking oil & 1x no pressure. Need repairing/maintenance completed. Both have Honda Motors & Comet Pumps. This is not a pressure washing job, we need a qualified mechanic to repair our machines.

The cover keeps falling down and after putting it back up, keeps falling down again. The screws are rusted out which probably explains why the cover won’t stay in position.
