WILL PAY $40 PER MACHINE This is a regular job for the right person. We currently have approximately 100 machines that require this maintenance and we are constantly requiring this every few weeks. We have many fairy floss (cotton candy) machines that have clogged up head / elements. The heads need to be unscrewed and then cleaned up with abrasive sand paper or metal brush / drill etc then put back together. I can show you how to pull apart and put back together. Each machine doesn't take that long and you should be able to get about 10 done in a couple of hours. The parts requiring cleaning are aluminium / metal. Burned sugar carbon build-up needs to be removed. Your own equipment and protective equipment is ideal. We do have a workshop area here in our warehouse for you to use in Spring Hill, or you can take machines away and return them if that is more convenient. Must be able to provide commercial invoice. - Due date: Flexible

Could require repair/replacement. 2) helping fix a bedroom door handle and latch mechanism which will not open/close properly when latched with the wooden door frame. 3) re-hinging a lattice wooden door on front porch of our Queenslander style home, and helping install a set of handles/lock. No materials yet purchase. Lattice doors are quite old and may require some repair I suspect you will need to see doors in order to have a clear sense of $.

Our Schlage encode smart front door lock has stopped working and connecting to my phone for the set up process. I have restored the lock to factory settings and the lock is still mostly non responsive after working perfectly for over 2 years.
