My property at Jacobs Well is vacant and needs some maintenance jobs done prior to going on the market for sale. There are a range of outside jobs that would require a high ladder, cleaning broom, drill / screw gun and screws, nail gun, wheelbarrow, shovel, glass cutter and putty, etc. List of tasks below. Jobs are: - clean the carport roof - clean the top of the water tank - clean the leaf eaters - mulch the gardens - re-nail some stair balusters that have come loose to the bottom rail - fix / rehang the back fence aluminium gate - place a piece of glass in a casement window - glass to cut is already at the property - put some timber filler / touch up paint in a handrail on back deck.
