I’m replacing two bathroom handles and one closet door handle with new handles. There is holes already in the two bathroom doors so I’m not sure if something else needs to be done to install new door handle the hole might need to be made bigger.

Hello :) I live in Hope Island. We’re about to sell our house and require some small repair works prior to a building & pest inspection. 1. The cornices in our en-suite require some repairs. Caulking around the lower perimeter and some patching over a join. 2. Similar caulking required in our wardrobe where some gaps have appeared. Images attached. Seems like steam & ducted heater/AC create these issues. I’m guessing maybe 1-2 hours work. We could probably find other odd jobs around the house as well. If available please let me know ✨
