Task includes: • Go to Bunnings in Mindarie and purchase Pinnacle Stainless Steel Improved Pattern Gate Latch • Supply any required screws or fixings • Remove existing latch • Install the new latch neatly, securely, and professionally • Ensure the gate self-latches correctly and can be locked with a padlock if needed. Purchase correct size padlock too. • Adjust and test the latch so it closes smoothly. Gate details: • Timber outdoor gate • Gate swings left (as pictured) • Tasker to assess gate thickness and supply correct fixings on site Please bring your own tools and experience with gate hardware. We have had our hallway reconfigured, with wall removals and new stud walls made. Scope of work needed is as follows; - Plasterboard and flush stud walls ready for painting. - Coving all areas in hall to match and meet previous coving (stocked item at CSR/Gyprock, we have one length on site). - Coving ~5m along corridor. - Patch all areas of bare walls and ceiling from demo. Note there is a small bulkhead which appears to just be decorative in the corridor that either needs removing and boarding or otherwise patching. Happy to take advice on best approach. Happy to hear quotes for either labour only or supply and install. Whatever you would rather. We have a couple of tubs of topcoat, one length of coving as well as a couple internal and external angles. Thanks

The current window is a standard single sliding window (approx 2x1m). The black locking clasp has a piece that fell off (that I still have) but all in all it still works/slides. I’d like to fix that piece and make sure the glass is flush when it closes, as it currently sits a bit wonky (probably contributing to the noise leaks to my disgruntled neighbours). I’d also like to implement any other affordable sound proofing measures you can suggest would be effective such as brush / weather strips, acoustic sealant and foam seal etc. If you can offer me a good price for another proven method of sound proofing such as double glazing etc then I’m also open to that. I want to make my room as sound proof as possible without turning it into a recording studio. Any help pointing me in the right direction would truely be appreciated.
