I have a Panasonic CU-L43DBE5 exterior inverter unit. I don't know what the matched interior unit is as it's above the ceiling. Controller is a wired remote. Am getting a repeating "check" alert with an F41 fault showing. I need a maintenance technician to investigate and fix and carry out a general service.

We have ducted aircon and the unit works well. To be clear there is nothing wrong with the unit or aircon blowing out air. Its the zoning which isnt working. I need a solution that doesnt involve replacing it all. We have 6 zones some of them blasting air out, some not at all. Need someone to help get the airflow moving to the right places. Roller doors maintenance
