Licensed Electrician Required – Ceiling Fans, Lights & Power Point Looking for a fully licensed and insured electrician to complete several jobs at my home. Work required: - Remove and replace 3 existing ceiling fans (new fans supplied by me). - Remove an existing fluorescent light fitting and install a new ceiling fan with integrated light in its place, subject to the ceiling structure being suitable for fan installation. - Remove and replace approximately 3–4 existing light fittings. - Install a new light fitting where a fluorescent tube has been removed and wiring is currently exposed. - Repair and securely reattach a power point that has come loose from the wall. - Test all installed fans, lights and power points. Photos are attached showing the existing fittings and power point. Please provide your best quote based on the photos. Wooden bed door fix. Doesn’t close filly

Looking for someone to remove the existing paint from these wall sections and smooth the surface in preparation for rendering. Each section measures approximately 2.2m wide x 1.45m high. The job will involve scraping off any loose or peeling paint and preparing the walls to a suitable standard for rendering. Please bring your own tools and let me know if you have experience with similar surface preparation work. Thank you.

The glass panel from a sliding door has come out of the frame and needs fixing.

Need the bracket for my Bunnings sliding barn door fixed after it fell down - it needs reanchoring back securely onto the wall with stronger fixings. The screws have pulled clean out (note: the door itself is light weight as it’s hollow)

The flyscreen in a window cover has some holes. Will need to purchase the material and fit it accordingly. I will pay additional for the material cost

Accidentally pulled curtain rod out of the wall, want to re hang it up but higher

Need someone experienced with sliding/security screen doors to repair or replace the internal handle/locking mechanism on our door. The handle has come off/broken (see photo). Unsure if it can be repaired or if the full handle/lock assembly needs replacing.
