Roller shutter in ensuite bathroom on second storey of home has come out of tracks and stuck half way.

I have issues with 3 roller shutters: 1. A broken rope on the manual shutter, I need to convert it to a motorized one with a switcher. 2. Another manual shutter is stuck. I need to convert it to a motorized one with a switcher if the shutter is not damaged. 3. The remote control is not working for the small e-shutter in the bathroom.
