Installation requires drilling into tiled walls, so please only apply if you have experience drilling into tiles and have the appropriate tools. Looking for a neat, professional installation

We have a very small toilet room that needs - smoothing and filling out some small grout gaps between wall tiles (we’ve done a rough job already) - application of wallpaper to the walls - installation of a small sink (plumbing is already there and fixed to the slab) Floor dimensions = - 126cm from door to the back (or 100cm to the stink pipe) - 76cm width of door (and 59cm width at back of toilet to stink pipe) - 206cm height at door (and 180cm height at back where toilet is) + Possibility of an additional toilet replacement. If so we will need your help and will fall outside this scope, ie includes extra payment of course. This may make the wallpapering easier. We have most of the materials, and will pay for the remainder of materials required, so the price for this job is for labour. Please ask questions as needed.

Install 6 floating shelves (1m long) into brick wall

We have painted our kitchen cabinets in a colour we love but unfortunately, we didn't do the best job in terms of surface preparation so it's a bit lumpy and inconsistent in terms of the finish. We are looking for someone who is able to come in, gently sand down the paint (just to achieve a consistent texture) and finalise with one more lick of paint. We have an orbital sander and the paint!

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.
