Moving out of a rental and need a small wall repair completed professionally. There are several holes in 2 different areas from a TV wall mount and a wifi access point on a rendered internal wall & ceiling. I had already filled the holes with standard plaster/filler before learning that the wall is rendered, so I’d like someone experienced to inspect the repair and redo/remove the existing filler if required. A few of the original wall plugs were too deep to remove and have been filled over, so these should also be dealt with properly if necessary. Scope: - Inspect existing filled TV mount holes - Remove/rework existing filler if unsuitable - Properly repair holes using material suitable for a rendered wall - Sand/finish so the repair blends into the existing wall - Apply appropriate undercoat/primer - Touch up/repaint repaired area - Paint colour is Dulux Polar White Quarter – Matt (exact paint details available) There is also one small ceiling hole from an Ethernet cable that I'd ideally like patched and painted at the same time. The property is only around a year old, so I’m looking for someone who can achieve a clean, professional finish rather than just a basic patch job. Please only offer if you have experience with rendered wall repairs and painting.

Looking for an experienced furniture assembler/handyperson for 3 tasks: 1. Assemble 2 IKEA LASTARE wardrobes (80 × 236 cm; depths 42 cm & 62 cm), including internals, and secure to wall. Masonry fixings may be required. No skirting board cutting. 2. IKEA PLATSA: remove existing 180 × 60 cm door, fit new supplied ikea door, and drill/install one ikea handle at a new height specified by me. 3. We have a very small toilet room that needs - smoothing and filling out some small grout gaps between wall tiles (we’ve done a rough job already) - application of wallpaper to the walls - installation of a small sink (plumbing is already there and fixed to the slab) Floor dimensions = - 126cm from door to the back (or 100cm to the stink pipe) - 76cm width of door (and 59cm width at back of toilet to stink pipe) - 206cm height at door (and 180cm height at back where toilet is) + Possibility of an additional toilet replacement. If so we will need your help and will fall outside this scope, ie includes extra payment of course. This may make the wallpapering easier. We have most of the materials, and will pay for the remainder of materials required, so the price for this job is for labour. Please ask questions as needed.

I am looking for a licensed electrician to: 1. Install ceiling fan in main apartment bedroom. Ceiling and nearby walls are gyprock. The fan will be provided. 2. Drill 6 holes in masonry/brick wall to install shelving. Need to avoid any potential live wires.

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.

I need to get a toilet brush installed on a tile wall so you will need to have the equipment to do that. It is to drill a hole into a tile wall and install it and screws associated with that and whatever else fixings and I also need to get a vacuum cleaner mounted onto a plaster wall.

Tenant has had the sink tap come loose. Unsure how to reseat on the sink, as it’s not screwed in. Need a solution for the tap.
