EDIT: NOW URGENT The internal door handle has been pulled out - photos added. Handle shows sign of damage so will need to be replaced. New photos added. The front swinging door to our Commercial gym needs new hinges and perhaps an additional hinge. The door is the main entrance to the facility and is used constantly. It also supports the latch technology to allow 24/7 entry. The current hinges are on their last legs (to be replaced) but I also think that a third hinge would secure the heavy door for the future. Hello, I am looking for quotes to replace a rear, external timber garage door. I need the old one removed, and replaced with the new door which l've already purchased. The handle and hinges will need to be removed off the existing door and installed on to the new one.

I would like to replace the old square deadlatch/deadbolt with a handle style yale smart lock (already purchased). Door frame might need to be replaced too by the looks of it.
