I removed my foot to get the fridge out as I was moving. When i tried to put the door back, there’s a jam, the bottom bit is too close and it is hard to close or opened. Also the lock in the latch is missing.

Looking for a skilled and affordable locksmith/handyman to help with a few tasks at my home in Williams Landing: 1. Install Agara U400 Smart Lock (front door) • Install the Agara Smart Lock U400 (photo attached). • Replace existing deadbolt/smart lock with the new one. 2. Install Agara Smart Video Doorbell G4 (wired) • Install the Agara G4 doorbell camera (photo attached). • Connect to existing doorbell wiring if possible, or advise if additional wiring is needed. 3. Fix jammed door lock (non-smart door) • One of the internal/external doors seems to be stuck/jammed. • Please inspect and fix so it operates smoothly again

The latch was stuck so someone tried to unscrew the lock but the screw was shredded. We were able to take the door handle off to unlatch the lock and put the door handle on but the door handle doesn’t move

Source new door handle and purchase, remove old broken one and fit new one.. this is photo 1 .. then on photo 2- lock on sliding door is broken and needs fixing / replacing

We have a door that seems to have dropped a bit and the locks don't line up neatly with the holes they aim for. The door sticks at bottom corner away from hinges. To lock the door now we push it and left it up a bit. So, no trimming of the door is required just fixing the hinges.

Looking for someone to repair/re-secure a loose external door handle that is connected to an electronic keypad lock. The keypad/locking mechanism is working normally and the door still locks, unlocks and opens fine. The issue is just that the handle and circular mounting plate have become loose and are pulling away from the door (see photos). Would like the handle properly secured back flush to the door and any damaged/rusted screws or fixings replaced if required. Budget: $100 including any basic replacement screws/fixings.

The latch on the front gate has broken off due to previous loose mounting and heavy winds blowing it open and shut. While the latch can be screwed or drilled back on (screws have gone missing) it might need a stronger latch/lock.

- The front door security door, no longer locks - The garage side door lockable door handle is very loose and should be replaced - The garage door front door latch is stuck inside the door and the whole door handle should be replaced

Screen door lock needs replacing as it won’t turn over all the way and we can’t get the current lock cylinder out, top strike trigger won’t pop out unless jiggled

Same key for both locks on my front door and both are starting to struggle to open it. It takes quite a bit of “jangling”. Issue is same with all my keys for this door.

Doorknob on one side isn’t catching the latch internally and just turns endlessly - therefore meaning the door locks from one side as you can’t engage the latch to open it.
