I have my car, a 2015 mitsubishi ASX, and the key has been acting up. It starts the car normally but distance locking/unlocking is on and off. After I try to re-sync the key it works but as soon as I put it back into the ignition, the fob refuses to work again. I’m guessing I need a new key and the programming needed along. I’m happy to use the same key blade as the one I have right now; it’s an after market anyway. Alternatively, if you could repair the one I already have, I’m all good with that…whatever option is the cheapest. Let me know approximately how much that would cost me…money is a bit tight at the moment.

The door appears to have dropped or shifted slightly, and the lock bolt is not fully engaging into the strike plate/keeper on the frame. From the photos, it looks like the bolt is only catching on the edge of the receiving plate rather than seating properly inside it. The lock can be turned from outside and appears locked, but if the door is pushed with some force, it can still open. This seems to be a door alignment / strike plate / hinge sag issue rather than just a key or cylinder issue. please quote for inspecting and fixing this? It may require hinge adjustment, strike plate/keeper realignment, or lock/bolt adjustment.

Door lock in an apartment building on collins street - Melb cbd needs fixed. (without breaking the bank) Locks/ unlocks fine. Lever also works perfectly. It’s just coming out a little from the inside - (while fixing it, a small nail was snapped stuck inside - which fits the lock to the door) so it was working like this forever. The electronic door lock does not latch on unless slammed with full force. Not sure if it’s an alignment issue or something else. I want to have this fixed so that it latches when closed normally.

Hello the lock of my sliding glass door doesn’t work. When the handle is turned to lock it, the lock just moved up no longer fits and the door doesn’t lock. I think just the metal part needs to be shifted then it will work. Also if you know how to fix blinds too I can pay extra for it. One of my blinds fell off and needs to be reattached and the small wheely part replaced. Please come fix if available on august 14 between 1-3 pm or on the 15th after 1.30 pm anytime thanks
