Second opinion on what needs to be done. Nature of problem. This is a multi-Panel door - I am told it is a "Centurion" door. When it was working OK, it would some door closes normally until the last few cm and then stop and bounces back. I am told this caused one of the panel to come/break off after this happened a few times. The door is not being used as the loose panel is held in place by only one of the four hinges. Also, one of the glider rail attached to ceiling where door panels sits when the door is opened looks to be crooked.
