The garage door is opens slower than normal and whilst going up at one point it makes a loud popping noise. The garage door closes as normal with no noise. We will need this looked at and fixed. Single garage door Spring has no tension. Clearly someone thought they could fix and untighened side wheels causing sprint to unwind and loose tension. Cables are all good Sping is not broken Just need tension but don't have right tools , winding bars Must be a professional in the garage area, ABN and insured. Need receipt. 1- re key job for 2x garage doors as pictured , the original key for both have been lost , please note will probably need to provide the horizontal bars for the inside of the lock as they are missing 2- install one internal door handle for a toilet (will be provided) 3- minor screwing and adjustment for internal locks

Door is external entry to garage. Also, do the replacing of a bathroom lockable doorknob (provided).
