Merlin tilt master garage door was working perfectly. Now will only open 1cm then stuck. If pull the release lever, it can manually open and then will slowly automated close but won’t reopen again.

Take down old garage door opener motor and chain and put up replacement garage door opener motor in its place. We will remove the old motor.
Amir was amazing. He really went over and above. I had purchased the incorrect garage door opener motor. He flagged that I didn’t have the right type and ensured that I recieved the right type of motor by organising and collecting it himself. The cost for the new motor was the same as what I had been seeing online and I know he was legitimate. So thankful he did this and shows me there are nice people around. He was super efficient as well.
