I need final touches to be made to my 2 bedroom apartment before going on the market. Jobs include, tightening up all tapware, making sure all doors and locks are working and sliding without resistance, laying some mulsch (3-4 bags), fitting door handles etc.

I have 2 small window fly screens that need mesh replaced at my house . Only small windows 1m by 1m or so and accessible from the inside of the house . Screens can be removed from both windows internally and glass windows are fully openable. Birds have pecked thru and made holes so just replace mesh
