Remove an AC ceiling fan, no light no wall switch. Install a new DC ceiling fan (still in box), it has a light, also comes with a tuya chip, no wall switch required, remote only. Install is in a bedroom, upstairs in a 2 story townhouse, however I believe this should be a pretty straightforward swap out.
