The issue: A section of plaster on the left side of the garage ceiling has come loose and is now sitting on top of the garage door wheel/track. It's pressing against the door mechanism, so I'd like it sorted before it causes damage or falls further. What I'd like done: Investigate the cause of the failure (loose fixings, water damage, batten issue, etc.) and let me know what you find. If the plaster sheet is still in good condition — push it back up into position and screw it securely to the battens/joists above. If it's too damaged to reuse — cut out the affected section, replace with new plasterboard, and patch/finish so it blends with the surrounding ceiling. Clean up any debris from the garage floor and door track afterwards. Note: If on inspection the job turns out to need more work than the above, I'm happy to discuss and agree on a revised quote before you proceed.

I want to remove old timber cladding below front and back windows. It is around 4m x 1m high at the front and around 6m and .6m at the back. It is the second floor, but there is a flat roof in front of the front of the house and there is a 600mm box gutter at the back of the house. Pics added 1st is the front and the rest are the back. I want to insulate and make airtight the area, I was hoping for spray foam. Then I want to add cement sheets, can just be stanard cement sheet stopped up.
