I am in need of a handyman who can help fix the following Replace a roof tile Fix doorhandles Sagging gate hinge

Hand a dual blind about 1200mm wide. I would do myself but have no tools in Victoria. Blind to be cut down and 2 brackets mounted with Philips head screws. Blind and fittings are supplied would take 20min to do.
