Looking for a handyman to fix a wooden double door. The door doesn’t fully close and there’s a tiny gap preventing it from locking. The lock itself should be fine, but it would be good if it could be checked. Job likely involves adjusting hinges, realigning the door, or minor trimming if needed.

Looking for someone to replace/ repair the blinds at my house in Brighton (3186), (2 X blinds, one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom) + 1 X sheer curtain over the bedroom blind. Unfortunately my dog has damaged them/ pulled them down while I was out so im needing to get this fixed asap. Pictures of both blinds and the one sheet curtain attached. We have some outdoor blinds upstairs that have become stuck in the wrong position. Need a blind technician to bring a ladder to get up there and adjust them back into place.

Install baby gates to stairs - a simple drill into the wall. Mount TV onto bracket which I will purchase. Remove shelves from cupboards.

One of our blinds' strings frayed and broke. I moved another blind into the spot where the snapped one was. The slats etc are fine. We would just need it restrung, and some help firmly installing them. We had this done back in 2022 for $100. I put that same price. But if things have changed willing to negotiate, but we'd request the job could be done onsite and within one day/hour. Thanks.

I have an at home coffee machine (Smeg bean to cup, pictures attached for reference) at my house in Brighton, Vic (3186). It currently isn't working properly/ I haven't been able to use it to make coffee as normal or work out why. I honestly haven't tried very hard to fix it/ get it going because I'm not very good at this sort of thing but the basic reset etc hasn't resolved it. It is able to turn on and get going as normal, and it can do shots of coffee/ black coffee from the beans in the machine with no issues, however, the milk steamer isn't working/ turning on to get going properly & even when the light is on as normal it just doesn't heat up, steam the milk or do anything really. I have tried changing the water, resetting it, de scaling etc so I'm not sure what it is. Just need someone a bit more savvy to come & get it sorted if possible :) Thank you!

I’ve removed a built-in bookshelf from my living room, which has exposed internal framing strips and left some damaged plasterboard sections. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to restore the wall to a clean, smooth, paint-ready finish. It’s just one wall only — approximately a little over 3 metres wide and 1.5 metres high. Multiple photos are attached but all of the same wall.
