Shade sail (3.6 m size)needs to be fixed on terrace outdoor area. There are wooden poles already installed on our terrace and I have all fittings in for the sails but need help from professional to put screws on poles and install the sail. Thanks in advance

The front door is coming loose from the hinges, with some wood splitting.

I’ve got a new pull-out bin I’d like installed in a kitchen cupboard under the sink. See attached pics of bin, cupboard space and dimensions.

2x 1.5 meter floating shelves to be installed in our kitchen into brick wall. The shelves have 3 bolts each (6 holes need to be drilled into brick) 12mm width bolts. I need a licensed plumber to remove my existing kitchen sink mixer (see photos) and install a new Caroma Elements Husk Sink Mixer (brand new in box). The current mixer is a square chrome tap, and the new one is a gooseneck retractable spray tap. Access under the sink is good (see last photo).
