Re-fix towel rail to the wall

I removed a wall mounted TV. There is a hole in the wall where the cables were. Also some paint was ripped off and there’s some magnetic tape stuck that I’d like removed and sanded a bit.

2 internal doors won’t close properly. Needs some planing work done on the top and maybe on the side.
