Assistance to remove and replace an existing exterior awning - comfortable on ladders and moderately heavy lift. Approx 2hrs work

We have a canvas awning on our back porch and we need someone with a tall ladder to be able to untie, fold up and tied down the folded up awning onto our roof.

Hello We have an older style roll out blind that the fabric has deteriorated and torn away from the frame and we are looking to get a quote for new fabric and fitting to existing frame. Perhaps service the frame if required. We are located in Taringa and the blind is on the first floor of an elevated house with good access directly from the driveway (see photos). My husband works from home so we can accommodate an inspection at any time if needed for the quote.
