I’m looking for an experienced handyman to install a wall-mounted folding clothes drying rack in my laundry (pictured). Important: * The rack needs to be mounted onto a tiled wall. * You must have the correct drill bits and tools for drilling through tiles to avoid cracking or chipping them. * Please only apply if you have experience drilling into tiles and mounting wall fixtures securely. * Ensure the rack is level, firmly secured, and opens/closes smoothly. * Remove any dust and clean up after installation. The clothes rack and mounting hardware will be supplied. Please let me know: * Your experience installing items on tiled walls. * Whether you have the appropriate tile drill bits and tools.

Shelving needs repair. Electrical conduit needs moving so mirror can be put up. Prints need to be put up on walls.

Had to remove a cabinet in our bathroom / laundry. Above it was the cornices you can see in the photos. The task would involve: - removing the cornice which comes off the wall into the middle of the room - fixing the wholes in the cornice and roof so that they flow together. - removing cornice adhesive and painting over so that it all looks neat.

Wall Moulding Installation (Transport + Installation Required) I already have the mouldings and just need someone to collect them from Waterloo and transport them to Alexandria. The job involves: Picking up the moulding strips in Waterloo Transporting them to Alexandria (the moulding strips are approximately 5 metres long) Cutting them to size Installing them on the wall to match the reference picture provided The work can only be completed on a weekend, either this coming weekend or the following one. The 2 shelves have 5 screw holes and come with screws and plugs. The splashback is a thin sheet of metal with a thick plaster board recessed 2mm behind the splash back and then another fibreboard recessed 2 mm behind the plasterboard. One of the shelves needs to cover over the opening of an electrical switch that if possible be relocated 5-10 cm below it’s current position. Not sure how to secure the fixings in to the splash back - may need liquid nails as well to secure shelf?

We would like the internal door handles and locking mechanisms replaced on seven internal doors. We will supply the new handles, which we have just bought from Bunnings. It looks to me like the current door handles are an older style with a smaller hole, so I think a wider hole will need to be cut out.
