Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to help with a couple of jobs in my apartment. Job 1 – Roller Blinds I attempted to install zero-gravity roller blinds but couldn’t drill far enough into the concrete wall (due to lintel) to securely mount the brackets. Blinds are already on site and measured — they just need proper installation and adjustment (installed right now but not a great job) Job 2 – Ceiling Repair & Painting We recently had ceiling fans installed and there are some holes / damage in the ceiling drywall that need repairing. • Patch and sand ceiling drywall • Paint the repaired area (paint supplied) Notes: • You’ll need your own tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, patching tools, etc.) • Paint will be supplied • Apartment is on 3rd floor - no lift Ideally looking for someone experienced with blind installation and minor plastering/painting. Replacement of torn fly screen on sliding door to balcony for end of lease

A tile is broken in our balcony, we need to fix that

Numerous small jobs - if you only want to do some not others be clear on price for each. 1. Fix set of 5 Muuto Dots (wooden wall coat hooks) to wall. Requires specialist understanding can send YouTube link. May need extra/special screws depending on my wall type. Can reimburse. 2. Hang large wall art. Requires one of those things that shows you where the struts are and the ability to advise on best hanging kit required. Can reimburse for any materials. 3. Fix metal hose holder to concrete garden wall. 4. Nail slipped wooden plank back onto shed exterior. 5. Build and fix simple ikea coat rack to interior of shed. 6. Assess/tighten kitchen corner cabinet door. The hinge is out and it won’t close properly. More or specific photos available on request

I need an MDF shelf cut and installed in a pantry cupboard. None of the walls are square but the largest dimensions are approx 1160 (back) x 710 (left side). The shelf will need to remain removable. Complicating factors are a pocket door behind the back wall (clearance ~30mm) and a service conduit/cavity behind the gas meter on the right side wall.

Kitchen - Supply & fit new hinges for LHS door under sink cabinet and adjust all other doors as needed, including their handles to be tightened. 3. Rear sliding screen door to yard. - Remove door from track. - Remove handles to lock etc. - Take out torn flyscreen mesh and failed cordage. - Remesh door with new mesh and cord. - Refit handles & locks etc. - While door is out, service rollers as well and refit door to track. 4. Install door stoppers on 2 x doors Other tasks available if you are experienced and wanting more work.

The door hinges to access our fridge are damaged and need replacing. I have the replaces but need someone to remove and replace the existing ones.
