I am looking for some professional who can fix this damage from hard wooden floor. One of my clients property floor has damage due to our chemical and we have to resolve that issue is there anyone who can help on this.

I had a delivery of a new fridge/freezer which scratched my timber floors.

If coating is recommended, it must be suitable for outdoor timber protection (weather / UV / moisture resistant). Balcony is elevated at the front of the house. The shelter is broker due to the rain and wind today. I need someone who can fix the wall crack and broken deck. And probably need to remove the broken shelter. I’m not sure how much it’ll cost but I’m flexible with budgets

Need some help replacing some floorboards that are worn, 3-4 need to be replaced. Needs to be done Tuesday pm 20/1 or AM Wednesday 21/1. I don’t have the tools but floorboards ready to go. See pics attached

Repair gaps and coated the wooden floor

2 x bedroom transitions need to be fixed and new trim put on (removed floating floors so just need a transition trim put on instead). Main room (worst of them) will probably need some new carpet in that area. I have an off cut from when installed. Second room has just lifted slightly so will probably be fine to be pulled tight and secured with new trim?

I’d like to oil the deck and fix the patio doors (missing weather strips).

Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.

Flooring (wood parquet) has come out and need redoing

We recently had our wooden floor boards resanded and sealed. There are several small areas where it appears something was dripped/spilt onto the floorboards but no one seems to know who or what caused the damage!! Need someone who knows about floorboards so we don’t end up with more damage.

A section of my timber flooring lifted and bowed after water exposure. The damaged boards have already been removed. I need someone to: 1. Re-fix the loose timber boards to the concrete slab using a suitable flooring adhesive rated for timber on concrete (for example Selleys Liquid Nails Direct Stick, SikaBond 125 or equivalent). 2. Plane, trim or adjust the existing bowed boards so they sit flat and level and fit perfectly. 3. Install and glue the replacement boards so the pattern aligns with the surrounding flooring. 4. Ensure the repaired section is secure, flush, and ready for sanding at a later stage if required. What I will supply: Existing loose boards that came from the floor. What you need to supply: Adhesive suitable for timber over concrete, tools, spacers, clamps and any small materials needed to achieve a flat repair.

We have a carpet stain that cant be removed so we need to replace a patch of the carpet. We have a spare piece of the same carpet or a piece can be taken from inside one of the cupboards. Please could someone advise and provide a quote as I am unsure what the going rate for this would be?
