I have hybrid timber flooring. It has a scratch that is approximately 700 mm or 70 cm long that needs to be professionally repaired.

I have a small section of flooring in my upstairs master bedroom that makes a metallic clicking/clunking sound when stepped on. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter to inspect the area and secure/fix the flooring to stop the noise. The townhouse was built in 2019 and has a steel/metal floor structure. The bedroom has wall-to-wall carpet, which may need to be carefully lifted to access the flooring underneath and then re-stretched and secured/glued back down after the repair. I’m looking for someone who can diagnose the cause and complete the repair. Please provide your quote for the job.

my leased occupied property needs broken eco decking slats fixed in preparation to sell the property. i need a handyman to come out to the property and fix up the broken slats, we already have the materials. we just need the slats cut to size and installed.

I have one very small burn mark (approximately 10–15 mm) on a timber-look floorboard. Looking for someone experienced in cosmetic timber/laminate/hybrid floor repairs to remove/fill the damaged area, professionally colour-match the existing flooring and recreate the grain/finish so the repair is as unnoticeable as possible. Spot repair preferred — I do not want the entire floor sanded or a board replaced unless absolutely necessary. I have burn marks on my timber flooring.There are about 4-5 spots, the largest around 2cm across, located near my dining table. Looking for someone experienced in timber floor repair to assess the damage and advise on the best fix ,whether that's sanding and spot-refinishing, using a filler/burn-in repair kit, or replacing the affected board(s). Holes on engineered timber flooring, need to repair. Pls help! We are ending our lease and need to patch these up, 2 of them still have the screw inside, they need to be pulled out, filled and colour matched with the floor. There are 9 holes in total.

The floor is my rental property has been scratched over a significant portion of the floor. The scratches are all superficial but of course my main concern is not getting my bond back due to this. The strip between the hybrid floorings have come loose. Meaning, the hybrid flooring put on top of the tile flooring and the hybrid flooring put after removing the carpet has a transition strip ans that has come loose. See photos as well please.

I recently had a hot water leak in the laundry that spilled into the adjoining kitchen / hall area. At the time, all visible water was removed and professional dehumidifiers /dryers were used, so I believed everything had dried properly. I was then away overseas and have just returned to find that sections of the floating timber flooring have started to buckle/lift and gaps have appeared between some boards. Approximately 5-6 boards are affected. They also had a heavy piece of furniture pushing pressure onto it which may have contributed to the uneven expansion / shrinkage. The floors were already older / not in perfect condition, so I’m not looking to replace the entire floor. I’m hoping to salvage and repair the existing boards wherever possible. I’m looking for an experienced timber flooring specialist who can assess the affected area, including checking the timber and underneath for residual / trapped moisture. I understand the repair may need to be completed in two stages: initially lifting / removing the affected boards so the area underneath can be properly inspected and, if necessary, allowed to dry completely; then returning once moisture levels are appropriate to relay / reseat and repair the existing flooring. Ideally you will have a moisture meter and experience with water-damaged floating timber floors. The priority is making sure everything underneath is properly dry before the floor is closed back up, while preserving as much of the existing flooring as possible. Tape has pulled up the finish and a thin layer of the wood surface in 3 strips. Please fix this, it doesn’t have to be immaculately perfect, it just needs to blend back in decently.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.
