Part of the floorboard skirting got chipped, need help repairing.

I can see some rotten weatherboards at my house. Need someone to replace or repair the current weatherboards (rotten sections only)and repaint like for like. Also, add some protection. Sealant would be great.

Solid timber bed Need to service as the screw holes have widened. Not sure what needs to be done - but bed needs to be made sturdy and needs to stop creaking. Very solid and is already being used. Only want to fix creaking and increase longevity

Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards.
