Looking for a quote to get the floorboards of my unit sanded and polished. This includes the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and hallway. Renovation being completed now, and laminate tiles pulled off kitchen floor leaving timber underneath. Will need assessment of whether some of the timber can be saved or needs to be replaced (looks to have water damage). Have attached photos of existing floorboards in kitchen, dining and bedrooms, and floor plan.

Wanted someone to buff/polish wooden floors in my home so they shine again. (Not sanding & finishing) solid wooden floorboards. You will need own commercial floor polishing machine & polish. Large living room, second smaller lounge & hallway. Will need to move sofa around room to get to floors. Bonus if you also do carpet shampooing as I have 4 carpeted bedrooms, hall & living area so will pay additional to have these done also.

We need someone experienced to sand and polish approx 120sqm of floorboards. We need it done early next week. There is easy access and it’s a single level house. Photos attached so you can see what the boards are currently like.

Need wooden floors re-done in a 1970s unit. Two tasks are: - sanding down and re shining floors in lounge (4.8 x 6.5m living room) - sanding down and re doing a 16-step staircase (8 steps followed by small landing followed by 8 more steps). The staircase used to be carpeted and has now been pulled up. So the wood is a bit tired, has a few small gaps to fill as the planks have moved a bit over the years, and some staples to pull out). Also a few creaking floor boards in the stairs to be repaired if easily done, apparently sometimes they just need a few taps (not essential if it requires major works)
